1. Authorized Usage
Access to Brand Synth is granted for legitimate branding and creative purposes. Unauthorized extraction of engine logic or brute-force API interactions is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property
While the engine generates linguistic possibilities, the user assumes responsibility for verifying the uniqueness and legal registerability of any output. Brand Synth claims no ownership over user-selected generated names.
3. Engineering Limitations
Brand Synth is provided "as-is." We make no warranties regarding the market success or trademark availability of generated assets. Engineering evolves; logic may update without notice.
